5. Demo Submissions

By submitting a demo or mix to Studio Prime Radio, you confirm that you own or have the necessary licences for all music contained within. Studio Prime Radio reserves the right to broadcast submitted content across its platforms. You may request removal of your submission at any time by contacting us.

6. Merchandise

All merchandise purchases are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.

7. Limitation of Liability

Studio Prime Radio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free streaming at all times.

8. Modifications to Terms

Studio Prime Radio reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from the use of this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
